
BODY, BREATH & BEING | AN iREST® YOGA NIDRA WORKSHOP WITH NEAL GHOSHAL
This will be an afternoon of some of Neal’s most cherished (and practical) practices, cultivated through the years of personal practice and teaching Yoga and iRest Yoga Nidra.
In this workshop, we are invited to connect to our ground of BEING through experiencing our feeling body and our breathing body. Within a safe and kind space, we may become more sensitive to our body’s sensations, to the natural and easeful flow of our breath, and be able to rest and be nourished within our essential nature.
