You can now access ACC funded Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TSY) at Yoga Ground.
Jessica Dziwulska (www.brighterlife.nz) - who some of you may know from Yoga Within - and Amy Benjamin (www.amybenjamincounselling.co.nz) have recently brought their TSY groups to our studio.
Trauma-Sensitive Yoga sessions are thoughtfully designed to support those living with the aftermath of trauma as they gently reconnect with their bodies, find inner strength, and develop sustainable tools for well-being. These courses are open to anyone with an approved ACC Sensitive Claim, with occasional spots available to self-funding clients. These 8 week courses provide a supportive, nurturing space for every body, regardless of whether you have tried yoga before.
