Concession passes

All passes activate on the purchase date.  If you have bought an unlimited pass or 3 for $39 and this poses an issue for you please get in touch.

Passes have expiry dates. Please check when purchasing.

We do not offer refunds, or partial refunds for unused passes.

If you cancel your class booking within 3 hours of its start time and the class is full (i.e. your place was unable to be resold) then a $10 cancellation fee will be charged to your stored credit card. If no credit card is stored then a class will be deducted or the fee applied to your account.

 Passes are not for sharing, can only be used by the person that bought the pass/was bought the pass. Every student must have their own Mindbody account through which their classes are booked and attendance logged.

Passes cannot be used for courses, workshops, events or some special events/classes as specified.
