These private classes are held at the Yoga Ground studio and tailored to your body, your goals, and your pace—perfect for building confidence, deepening your understanding, or working through physical limitations in a safe and supported way.
We also offer the unique opportunity to work with Jess Atkinson, whose sessions weave together traditional yoga with intuitive energy healing. This holistic approach supports not only your physical wellbeing but also your emotional and energetic balance—ideal for those seeking a deeper layer of connection and restoration in their practice.

Sessions are $120 for one hour. You can book them directly via the set times on the timetable, or if these don’t suit, or there is a particular teacher you want to work with, then email us to enquire. We can also offer a special price for groups of of any size.
