Don’t miss this wonderful afternoon of Restorative Yoga with Clare Roberts.

In this busy and stressful world we live in it's so important to take time out to slow down and enjoy some quiet time for ourselves, looking after our body and our mind.

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, accessible and profound practice that aims to help you feel more centred in your mind and in your body; aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time.

This workshop will introduce you to a variety of Restorative Yoga postures. We will begin with gentle movement and asana practices to prepare the body for stillness.

Then time will be spent to establish the restorative poses, utilising yoga props to ensure effective positioning and comfort. You will then spend some time in each position to experience the therapeutic effects.
