WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA?
This is a deeply relaxing class that begins with yin style postures and gentle movement. Then the teacher will share the practice of Yoga Nidra (which means ‘Yogic Sleep’) - a guided meditation practice that transitions your mind and body into a profound state of conscious relaxation. You simply lie or sit in a comfortable position and listen to the teacher’s voice as they take you through the different stages of the practice.
