Build strength, stability, and confidence with our full-body Strength classes designed to help you move with greater ease, power, and resilience in everyday life. For those with a yoga practice they will also complement that!

Using a combination of hand weights, resistance bands, yoga blocks, and bodyweight exercises, you'll work through controlled, purposeful movements that focus on proper technique, time under tension, and functional strength. Whether you choose to use weights or work entirely with your own bodyweight, every exercise can be adapted to suit your experience, confidence, and goals.

Our classes are welcoming, supportive, and genuinely fun, making them a great option if you've ever felt nervous or intimidated by a traditional gym environment. You'll build strength without the pressure, moving in a space that encourages progress over perfection.

Expect a balanced, full-body workout to improve muscle tone, coordination, balance, mobility, and endurance. While some movement patterns may feel familiar to yoga and pilates practitioners, these are not yoga/pilates classes. This is mindful, functional strength training delivered with the same intentional approach that underpins all of our movement offerings.
