NADA YOGA: THE YOGA OF SOUND

  • Yoga Ground 56 Surrey Crescent Grey Lynn, Auckland, 1021 New Zealand (map)

Discover the transformative practice of Nada Yoga, the ancient yogic path of sound and deep listening. Rooted in the wisdom that all of existence is vibration, Nada Yoga invites us to use sound as a gateway to presence, meditation, and inner awareness.

In this experiential workshop, you'll explore both external sound (ahata nada) through mantra, voice, and simple sound practices, and inner sound (anahata nada) through meditation and subtle listening. Together we'll discover how vibration can calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect us with our innate sense of harmony.

No singing experience or musical ability is required, only curiosity and a willingness to listen. Through guided practices, breathwork, vocal toning, meditation, and moments of silence, you'll experience sound not as performance, but as a powerful tool for healing, self-inquiry, and connection.

Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to deepen your relationship with your own voice, your breath, and the stillness that lies beneath all sound.

Suitable for all levels.
