This workshop, hosted by certified Ayurveda practitioner and Yoga teacher, Sarita Solvig Blankenburg, is designed for women experiencing peri-menopausal or menopausal symptoms.
Ayurveda, the ancient healing system from India offers an holistic approach which helps women to regain balance, energy, and quality of life through diet, lifestyle, herbal medicine and Yoga therapy.
This session will cover an introduction to Ayurveda, with a specific focus on Menopause. We will then explore practical tips to support you through this transformative time and a list of Ayurvedic remedies for each constitution will be shared to alleviate menopausal symptoms.
Sarita is a certified Ayurveda practitioner; she has studied Ayurvedic medicine in New Zealand & India, and runs her practice here in Auckland. She specialises in women’s health providing Ayurvedic consultations, treatments and Yoga therapy. Areas of focus include stress management, mental health and chronic illnesses related to lifestyle & diet.
