“Feelings come and go like clouds in a windy sky. Conscious breathing is my anchor.”― Thich Nhat Hanh
Do you take your breath for granted? Would you like to have a better understanding of your own breathing, its pattern, its efficiency and its reciprocal and intimate relationship with your body and mind.
This is an experiential workshop exploring the inner world of breathing and the outer world of movement and how the two come together to create integrated pathways of fluidity and ease.
You will learn simple ways to connect to your breath to come to a better understanding of everyday breathing, as well as demystifying pranayama.
Kyleigh will share techniques and learnings from her years of study and experimentation with breath and movement; such using the sense of touch to map the body and create spatial awareness.
You will leave with a greater appreciation for your breath and a new found sense of connection to movement; on a deeper level that invites an intimacy with stillness.
