We are celebrating one year of Kara's ownership of Yoga Ground and we are doing it with music!  Franko Heke is joining us on Sunday at 6pm to bring his 'Sound of Yoga' to Nikki's beautifully relaxing yin class.  Such a treat!

Franko is part of our Yoga Ground family; hosting his popular Sound of Yoga community singing nights at the studio every week.  He plays around the world and is in hot demand at festivals and events such as Wanderlust and the like both here and in Australia.
