YOGA FOR RUNNERS CLASS

Led by keen runner and experienced yoga teacher Ashlee Lala this practice is designed to help runners of all levels improve mobility, reduce tightness, and support a more balanced, efficient stride. Drawing on her experience both on the mat and on the road, she’ll guide you through the key ways yoga can enhance your running performance and overall comfort.

You’ll explore focused stretching for tight calves, hamstrings, and hip flexors; mobility work to free the ankles, knees, and hips; core and glute activation to support stability and power; and breath practices that can help with pacing and mental endurance. You'll leave this accessible class with a body that feels more refreshed, open, and ready for your next run.
