ROLL & RELEASE | A TWO-PART WORKSHOP

Join this 2-part workshop with experienced yoga teacher and wellness practitioner, Nikki Ralston and learn how to use the Trigger Point Therapy Balls to ease pain and discomfort, improve posture and enhance performance. We use the therapy balls and myofascial release techniques to roll out and release muscles and the surrounding connective tissue in an effort to calm the nervous system, reduce tension, ease pain, increase mobility, and bring the mindbody back into balance.

It is recommended that you attend both days to get maximum benefit, but you are welcome to join for just one.

Roll & Release Session One: Lower body | Saturday 21 October, 2-4pm

This session concentrates on releasing through the gluteus, TFL, hamstrings and low back. Warning: you may feel snoozy and like marshmallow after.

Roll & Release Session Two: Upper body | Sunday 22 October, 2-4pm

This session concentrates on releasing through the mid and upper back, shoulders, chest, arms and neck. self massage is such a powerful technique to learn, that significantly improves movement, pain and patterns.

Balls will be available for purchase so you can continue self care at home.
