INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION COURSE

Our next Meditation Course is open for enrollment!  The course meets once a week, at the same time each week, and runs for 8 weeks.

Our Introduction to Meditation course will cover the basics of mindfulness or insight (vipassana) based meditation practice.  You will learn a variety of skills and techniques to kick start your meditation practice and begin to foster attitudes that will take you ever closer to a sense of inner freedom, equanimity and peace.

This workshop with Susie Spiller and Irina Borowski is a chance to deepen into compassion + resilience for body, mind + soul.


The session is an introduction to compassionate communication / non-violent communication. Ahimsa (nonviolence) is one of the 8 limbs of yoga.  Learn practices to integrate balance, as how we breathe, move, rest and nourish impacts how we think, feel + see our world.  Participants will leave with new skills of self-connection and able to listen more deeply to self and others.
