Yoga + Meditation Sampler Class Series

Runs every Tuesday from 15 May - 3 July, 7.30 - 8.45pm


$25 per class

This series is a fantastic way to try different styles of yoga and meditation whilst in a supportive, instructional course environment.  Great for those with some experience, maybe you have completed our beginners course, or similar elsewhere) but not quite ready to go to the open classes, as well as those wanting to give our different styles of class and teacher a try.

Course Outline

Across the 8 weeks you can experience:

  • Yoga History and Hatha Yoga practice with Clare Roberts
  • Introduction to Philosophy and Jivamukti practice with Eridani Baker
  • Chinese Meridian Theory + Yin Yang Flow class with Kara Sweney
  • Breath Work with Kyleigh Burniston
  • Chinese Meridian Theory + Yin Yoga with Faye Lawand-Maclean
  • Yoga Nidra with Faye
  • Intro to Meditation with Eridani
  • Slow Flow + Meditation with Eridani

Not necessarily in this order!

As part of the course cost you will also receive:

  • 1 x free timetabled class with each of the teachers you meet in the classes (valid for use during the course and in the two weeks after only)
  • A discount on a five-class pass or ten-class pass upon completion of the series
