Pregnancy and the pathway to motherhood is a very special and life-changing experience. Practicing yoga while you are pregnant is wonderful for the well-being of both you and your growing child. Yoga promotes relaxation and stress management, improves overall circulation for Mum and baby, improves posture and can help alleviate some of the aches and pains of pregnancy and birth.
These classes will include postures to both strengthen your body and find a sense of ease and relaxation. We will also explore breathing techniques and visualisations to support you during your pregnancy, during labour and post-natally.
Classes are suitable for anyone who is 12 +weeks pregnant. Come and learn in a relaxed and supportive environment with other Mums to be.
