We offer Pregnancy Yoga courses at Yoga Ground with Kimberly Bunch.  Our next course is:

6-week course, starting Saturday 12th August - 4.30 - 5.45pm

The course will offer you the chance to learn appropriate asanas (postures) and modifications, including how to work with props to modify for various stages of pregnancy, to help you cultivate a safe practice for you and your baby, in a safe and intimate environment, alongside other mothers-to-be.
