Pregnancy and the pathway to motherhood is a very special and life-changing experience. Practicing yoga while you are pregnant is wonderful for the well-being of both you and your growing child. Yoga promotes relaxation and stress management, improves overall circulation for Mum and bub, improves posture and can help alleviate some of the aches and pains of pregnancy and birth.
This 6-week course will offer you the chance to learn appropriate asanas (postures) and modifications, including how to work with props to modify for various stages of pregnancy, to help you cultivate a safe practice for you and your baby, in a safe and intimate environment, alongside other mothers-to-be.
Our next course starts Saturday 12th August: Every Saturday 4.30 - 5.45pm for 6 weeks.
Classes are suitable for anyone who is 12 +weeks pregnant. Come and learn in a relaxed and supportive environment with other Mums to be. Partners are most welcome to attend the last 2 classes of the course.
