~ Kids Yoga ~

Little Yogis is a wonderful, fun way to develop body awareness, co-ordination, language and listening skills. We learn sun salutes, poses, songs; they discover their imaginations by playing, moving and imitating. We begin with awareness of the breath and relaxation time. This is an ideal time for children to begin a yoga practice.

Young Yogis - Bring some balance into your child's busy life. Yoga provides strength, flexibility and calmer minds. The kids will develop an adapted practice of sun salutes, postures and dynamic movement, along with gentle meditation and breath work. Using music, stories and art, a sense of calm and time out from the pressures of life will be something they cherish each week.

Monday's 10.00 - 10.40am - begins Oct. 31st
Young Yogis: 4 - 5yrs
Wednesday's 1.30 - 2.10pm - begins Oct. 26th
