Meditation is the art of becoming more conscious, of becoming fully present and aware of our moment to moment experience. This has the wonderful outcome of calming the agitated mind. And why would we want to do this?
Why meditate?
The most obvious answer is we feel very peaceful, so at ease! when the mind is quiet. Meditation can feel like one massive sigh, a let-go, an absolute state of non-doing, just BEING. With meditation we become more emotionally balanced, more centred, better able to deal with the traumas that life throws at us - we feel more relaxed, more clear.
Several different styles of meditation are taught including Osho Active meditations and more passive style seated meditations. Personal instruction and advice is given so that each student can find the perfect meditation practice to best suit their personal situation.
